Unable to switch input language on remote Windows PC

Greetings,

I am not able to switсh input language on a remote Windows PC (Win 7 OS).

English, Estonian and Russian languages installed on it and switch like a charm whem connectiong via RDP.

The language bar switches OK, the text I enter is still in English.

Any ideas ?
