Unattended Access v13 wont work after Latest Windows update.

So I have noticed this with one of my two computers but thought it was a fluke...  but not the one computer I have over on the other side of the world, windows did its update and guess what??--  no more access. and even when I manually put in the ID, it said team view isn't running. Could it be that windows are requiring new permission for remote?

My 80yr old uncle cant manage it... will have to wait till there's someone visiting to manage it... Or is there an update fix?
