Hello all,

All of this is a an oold Macbook Pro with OSX version 10.10.5, with a TV Business license expiring May 2019

When trying to connect to a client running v14, and i'm running v13, teamviewer wants me to upgrade to 14. It proceeds to downlaod and gives me the usual 'install and relaunch' button. Press to go ahead, give me an 'Installing' box with a full blue progress bar and then just hangs.

I left the Mac on all day and when I came back 10 hours later, still on same screen.

Any body have a clue or answer to this?

Thanks, Danny

I had the same issue, so I downloaded TeamViewer from scratch and tried to install. It says OSX 10.11.6 is required to install version 14. So it may be time to upgrade past Yosemite...
