Updated to TeamViewer 13 now it will not recognize my login on Windows 10 PC

Updated Teamviewer 13 (free version) this morning on a Windows 10PC, 4 family members at different locations using. Now NONE of our logins are recognized! When I put in email address and password it says email and password do not agree. AND it does not work for any of the other 3 as well! The likelihood of 4 people putting in the wrong email is well, unlikely. Plus I am positive it is correct. Any suggestions welcome! Should I uninstall and reinstall?

    Same here. cannot access address book without user name and password. every time I even try to reset password the system tells me that the email address and password do not match. Instead I've had to re-register. Most inconvenient
