I am having a little problem. I usually do prescriptions from my home remotely but my secretary use the same computer. Is there any way that i can connect to my office computer and work on it while my secretary is doing other things on this computer

    Hello @Jamesco

    Thank you for your post.

TeamViewer allows you to view or control a computer or mobile device remotely, as if you were right in front of the remote machine.

For privacy and security purposes, however, TeamViewer does not offer any background access capabilities; when connected, you and your secretary would be trying to control the device at the same time (just as if you both were in front of the same computer)!

Due to this, it would only be recommended to connect to the machine remotely when the other person is not actively doing anything. This way, you will be able to conduct your work without interrupting the remote user.

    Hope this helps clarify!
