Version 12 deprecation

Hello,

I'm using TeamViewer version 14 on my local machine to connect to a remote machine that runs TeamViewer version 12. TeamViewer is used for academic (remote machine runs in a university dedicated to research) and not commercial purposes and therefore no license has been purchased. The last couple of days, I'm getting a message saying that the version of the remote machine will get deprecated soon and if not updated the connection will be closed after 5 minutes., and actually it does. From what I'm reading in your forums, this update is enforced only to free users. We have tried to update TeamViewer but due to the fact that the remote machine runs Centos6 the update was not possible as it needs Centos7 and later. Is there any way we can keep having version 12 on the remote machine under the free user plan without updating the operating system?
