WaitForConnectFailed

Suddenly, can't connect to one of my PC's. Nothing has changed. I've already updated windows (as of a week ago before this post). Shows my PC online yet I cannot connect. I can ping the static IP just fine.

I have other remote software that is working fine but I need to gain access to my PC reliably. This has been going on for more than 24 hrs so I am beginning to doubt this is a login service issue with TeamViewer and more likely simply a windows10 incompabitility or update that has not been addressed yet.

Now I have to jump through hoops of **bleep** to get physical access to this offsite computer and bring extra hardware to diagnose the problem, with a very high chance there is nothing wrong with it, probably reinstall teamviewer then come back here and have the SAME issue again.

How can I enable remote restarting and how do I prevent this from happening again? What the flying llama's is going on?
