WaitforConnectFailed

The computer can access to the Internet. However, I cannot log in my account. Also I can not control this computer by Teamviewer when I go to somewhere else. It always drop the line one or two minutes. I really need a help.

I have witnessed this issue before and the simplest solution I have found is to have the user close teamviewer and relaunch it. This is common with the user having Internet issues.

Hello,

Sorry, I do not speak English and I use Google Translator.

I tried to connect to a personal computer, it appears as connected in TeamViewer and when I try to connect, it appears: teamviewer waitforconnectfailed.

Now when that computer connects to another network, I can connect without problems.
