You find the downloadlink for the MSI package under "Design & Deploy" --> "Edit" the Host and then on the right side in the popup.

Please make sure, to use the new manual:

There should be the download link for the MSI in the lower right corner.

The header is: "Get the MSI package to deploy this within your network"

Worst position to place the download link. Please link it on the known download page, currently the link on the download page produces a 404 error.
