Which hardware to use for Conference style Meeting?

Hi, I am a premium user in an organisation with Managers always on the move outside of the organisation. So the Managers would need to have meetings with multiple users in the conference room. I am looking for suitable hardware ideas to implement conference style meeting. I have a projector but I am lacking in video and audio hardware that we could use so that my users in the conference room could be seen and heard via the video feed by the Managers. Any Input would be greatly appreciated. Please find the attached picture of the conference room that I mentioned.
