Why does my license show as "free"?

I have a corp license, but my Version 14.1.9025 is showing "License Free" and it is giving the other person the "like, okay..." box after each session.  Some places it says "free" and others it says "Licensed".  I know someone else recently reported a similar issue, and it was supposed to have been resolved for them, but it's not resolved for me.  On the Teamviewer Management Page it shows "Maggie Corporate” On the  License tab, it shows "Manage your Corporate account here.  Please advise and thank you very much.  EMail -[personal information removed]t

    Thanks for your post.

    Do you maybe have a perpetual license for TeamViewer 13? 

    If so, you can download TeamViewer 13 from here and so it should work again as usual :-)

    I installed the TV 13 instead of the TV 14 - but I can't connected to clients with TV 14.  Any ideas for me?  Also - I really need my TV license number, otherwise I can't ever submit a ticket.
