Bought an upgrade license key from business 12 to 13 - activation went wrong (Fr. 12.01.2018).
My Management console tells me "ungültige Lizenz". So i cannot use my Teamviewer now.
Sent a ticket, got a ticket ID (3815635) back. No contact until now.
I need my Teamviewer so i need help.
