license activation error Business 12 to 13

Bought an upgrade license key from business 12 to 13 - activation went wrong (Fr. 12.01.2018).

My Management console tells me "ungültige Lizenz". So i cannot use my Teamviewer now.

Sent a ticket, got a ticket ID (3815635) back. No contact until now.

I need my Teamviewer so i need help.

    Hi together,

    we bought a license aswell - we got the activation Link - but when i pressed it and logged into this account the statement was: "Die angegebene Lizenz ist ungültig".

    I cannot creat a ticket because it says that i need to activate a license before..... :)
