"Your partner rejected your connection request"

I have connected remotely to this partner computer from this computer before... why would I be getting this message now? The computer appears in my list of partners, and is shown as being online. What conditions would make the remote computer decide it didn't want to be my teamviewer friend any more?

Me too, no one is touching a phone but I everytime get "Your partner rejected your connection request". Phone is online, I disabled "eco mode" and installed QS.
