remote access to my PC with a iphone X

Hi

I have installed the teamviewer in my iphone X but I can´t access to my PC.

 

Please help me.

    What kinds of errors are you getting (on PC or iPhone X)

    From another PC I can access to my PC. 
    From my iPhone the errors is this:
    Erro
    Sem conexão com parceiro!
    O parceiro não se conectou ao router.
    Código de Erro: WaitforconnectFailed

    And today when I try access remote de app try connect to my PC and nothing occur
