server Xenon 2,4GHz + Matrox G200e - issue with speed

I have a system with Windows2008 R2 Foundation.
There is Matrox G200e (driver version 5.97.6.6 driver date 2009-07-10)

The internet connection speed is well.

The problem is that the connection through TeamViewer, I feel as if there was a delay of at least two seconds.

I know that this system is old but the remote host has 4 cores with a 2.4GHz clock, and 
I don't feel such problems on much worse computers (for example Core2Duo 2Ghz).

I suppose that this is related to GFX card.

So maybe someone had a similar problem in the past and can share some effective solution?
Of course, I do not mean replacing the entire unit
