windows 10 admin login always restart

I have Teamviewer 13 full version and i tried to connect to a PC having QS.

the remote PC is logged with a standard user.

I connect with the Windows admin credentials to control the UAC and to install new features.

when i insert the corrrect credentials, it shows that the remote teamviewer has to to be restart to get the admin rights. after that it doesn't automatically log in.

i tried to re-enter the admin credentials but it restarted another time and so on.

i can't get in the remote PC using the windows admin credentials.

How can i solve the problem?

    Thank you for your message. 

    Can you please try to install the Host module on the remote device and try it again afterwards?

    Please make sure, that you use the admin credentials of the Windows admin account that is used on the remote computer.
