I havent got any company setup within the user management and dont see any users.
Only the option to Create a Company and start trial.

Did you already check/verified how many endpoints have been activated?

For me it looks like the license has not been activated successfully. Did you get a PopUp confirming that your license has been activated successfully?
Can you click on the link in the email for the License Activation again and repeat Step 2 from the Knowledge Base article? And then continue with Step 3 and 4.
I am also having this issue. My account is not recignising my subscription.
service.teamviewer.com shows an active subscription
login.teamviewer.com shows my account as 'free'
