Buy a remote access but show free and can't activate

I have bought a remote access but after login, it show free and can't activate....

Please help...

    According to this system, you have cancelled your license. Which is why it shows as a free version now.

    Our system shows a confirmation email has been sent to you. Please also check out the steps in How to activate your Remote Access Plan and log in with your licensed account.
