Cannot activate license
Hello,
We have recently received a license update, but we cannot activate it.
We received a documnet with details of the purchase and the activation is supposed to be done by a link on an email. But we have not received no such email.
How can we activate the account?
Adding the PAC license directly on the account does not work.
