License is missing

Hello,

I recently bought a remote access license and had it applied to my account. Everthing worked well till until 2 days ago, when i noticed that the license is not longer applied to my account and it has reverted back to "Free" account. I cannot even file a ticket now since my account is considered a free account. Please help.
