Purchased but still Free version

I've purchased a remote access licence and received the email to activate which I did following this procedure : how to activate a remote access plan
Since then I'm still in free version...

    I confirm that your license is not activated on your TeamViewer account.
    Please do the activation procedure again and make sure to use the activation link you received. ?

    Now it says that : The licence you tried to activate is alrady activated on another Teamviewer account...

    This means that the activation link has been used with a different e-mail. Have you used another TeamViewer account during the activation?

    Of course not.

    I'm using the same and only email address from the start.
