The remote computer crashes when using TeamViewer to connect with free version

My local computer is in Macbook Pro, and my remote computer is a Mac. When I trying to connect the Mac using the TeamViewer, sometimes the Mac will crashes. After the remote computer crashed, I have to hard reboot it manually. It is so troublesome. Could anyone please help? Is Remote Access Annual Subscription Plan can solve this problem?
