Introducing TeamViewer Web Monitoring!
We are happy to announce the upgrade of TeamViewer Web Monitoring from a Beta to a complete product version and this is our first release!
TeamViewer Web Monitoring will be part of the Remote Management services.

Uptime monitoring - checks the availability and the response times of your website from multiple locations around the world.
Page Load monitoring – allows to see how long it takes to load a complete html page in real browsers.
Transaction monitoring – is a proactive website monitoring that is done by deploying behavioral scripts in a web browser to simulate the path a real customer (or end-user) takes through a website.
. Transaction Recorder - is a web browser plugin that enables to record interactions with a web-based application , step-by-step and store them as a script file.
Monitors collection - Monitor Collections allows you to group monitors in various Collections .
Monitors data visualization - There are 2 ways of data visualization Table view and Chart view. The first is designed to display the list of monitors and the information relevant to th em, the second - shows the historical monitoring data results per check for the specified time intervals like the last hour or 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours.
Patch Management Service improvements
With this update of the Patch Management Service, we improved the way patches get assigned and are being deployed based on customer feedback.

We have implemented a new logic for patch deployment: If a device is not available during scheduled deployment time (e.g. offline) and will not become available within the next 2 hours, the service will skip patch deployment and will try again at the next scheduled date. The old principle of deploying as soon as a device will become available will not work anymore.
When a patch policy is applied to a device, we will not immediately start the deployment. The service will wait until the next scheduled time for patch deployment set in the policy.
Improvement: Third Entry...
We have solved the issue with shared devices. Devices which was shared between company accounts were not possible to patch from the secondary accounts. Currently, the issue is solved and any account which has access to the shared device can perform Patch Deployment.
Retry failed backups and bug fixes
With this version, we improved the quality of the Backup service

Improved the way files which failed to be uploaded during a previous backup will be prioritized when a new backup will start.
Fixed a bug where the Backup service uninstall triggered the license expired was not removing the backup installation folder and files. Now if the license will expire the uninstallation process will clean everything o the system.
WSC integration update and IPC bug fix
With this version we updated the Integration of the Endpoint Protection into Windows 10 Security Center (WSC) integration and fixed a few bugs with IPC conectivity.

Improved the way Endpoint Protection registeres in WSC on Windows 10.
We made sure that all statuses are relected in Windows Security Center (WSC) based on activity of the Endpoint Protection.
Changed the versoning system to reflect the actual month and year of the release. Previously the versioning looked like: 1.5.xxxxxx
Fixed an IPC (Internal Process Connection) which was causing problesm with the User Control and Outlook addin
Endpoint Protection - Exclusions bug fix when the user start a full scan

Fixed a bug where the full system scan which is started by the end user would not consider exclusions from the policy.
Data Aggregation and Check for string features for Web Monitoring
Data Aggregation - The data aggregation functionality compiles the results of checks for longer periods of time than it was previously possible: 3 days, 7 days and 30 days.
Check for string - Feature allows to lookup a text string in the source code of the monitored web site.

Data Aggregation - The data aggregation functionality compiles the results of checks for longer periods of time than it was previously possible: 3 days, 7 days and 30 days. T his feature provides our users the ability to see more historical data on the Chart View dashboard for the benefit of spotting general trends more easily.
Check for string - Our new "check for string" or "content matching" feature allows to lookup a text string in the source code of the monitored web site. Under Uptime monitors > advanced settings, Users can specify the text string to lookup. If the string is not found during the check, the monitor will return a failure status. Users can choose between “ Should contain ” and “ Should not contain ” options in the combo box, and enter the text to match in the text box below.
We have done some improvements on the Alarms tab, to make it even more user-friendly. The Alarm details column information in order not to mix with more common Alarm type is now visible when expanding the alarm row.
Error messages are adjusted to show the same text information on all the dashboards and notification emails.

Remote Scripting - Device Monitoring & Asset Management
The Remote Scripting functionality gives you the ability to execute scripts remotely on your Windows devices without having to establish a TeamViewer session prior to the executing them.

With this new feature users are now able to execute scripts remotely without having to establish a TeamViewer session with the target device
Scripts can be executed as a system user who does not necessarily have to be logged in to the target device
The script is downloaded securely on the target device and executed only once. This process is repeated for each script execution
When the script is executed a notification is displayed in the TeamViewer Management Console and an email will be sent to the Company Admin/Admins indicating that a script execution sequence has been initiated.
The first version of Remote Scripting supports CMD scripts(with extensions .bat and .cmd) and Powershell scripts(with extension .ps1)
Exit code 4: The script download failed After acquiring the script link, the download failed due to network issues. Exit code 7: The script has an unknown extension Exit code 9: The script sequence initiation was failed This exit code is returned when the username or password inserted are incorrect and the script cannot be executed.
