INBOXES in ServiceCamp - forwarding not working

Hello, I created the following inboxes in ServiceCamp:

Inbox Name -> Incoming email address
Q4 GEMS SD -> support@q4gems.servicecamp.com
CGI SD -> cgisd@q4gems.servicecamp.com
ED SD -> edsd@q4gems.servicecamp.com
BDA SD -> bdasd@q4gems.servicecamp.com
Q4 Global SD -> q4sd@q4gems.servicecamp.com
TAS SD -> tassd@q4gems.servicecamp.com

When I email to the individual inboxes, then a ticket is created.

However, let's take CGI SD -> cgisd@q4gems.servicecamp.com for an example:

I have created a distribution group called ServiceDesk@conveniencegroup.com on the client's email server and placed cgisd@q4gems.servicecamp.com as a member. When I try to create a ticket by sending email to ServiceDesk@conveniencegroup.com, no ticket is created - is this functionality not supported?

  • im having same issue here. My domain's hosted with Gsuite.

    Wonder on which side reside the problem.

    We need a fix to this one...so we can give a short, familiar, support email address to our users
