Adding tags to Knowledge Base

I search all GDPR therads which I was able to found using this forum.
And where I was able there I add tags "GDPR"
Also I just read

And here is my request:
Is there any way to add TAGS to Knowledge Base article ?

If I understand you well then I should be able to see or add this tag by my self.

but here:

I do not see any change in this regard.
