I need help. I have purchased a year membership for our business. The problem i am having is everytime i log in to teamviewer it is saying that my trial has expired.. and do i want to buy the licence. i have already paid for the licence so not sure what to do or who to contact to get this resolved.
Please make sure that you have signed in to your account that is associated with your license before making a connection. Otherwise your TeamViewer software is recognized as free version. You can find the Computers & Contactslist easily by clicking on the top left circle with the person inside ①or on the tab for Computers & Contacts ➁ :
