Failover to Port 80 Tv7

on some of our sites we have run into the behavior of TV7 failing over to port 80, this is while port 5938 is available throughout our network, we verified this by running tests on port 5938 to our end point.

also in our test setup (with tv7) we can't seem to replicate the behavior even if we block port 5938, so we where wondering what the determination point is for teamviewer to failover to port 80 or 443.

i understand this is an older teamviewer version, but due to certain aspects we can't upgrade to a later version yet.

but in order to help and progress the situation we would like to understand the criteria for the failover to occur (so we can better troubleshoot it).

i noticed that when blocking port 5938, DNS control messages with ping3.teamviewer.com and master1-6.teamviewer.com
