TV9 - Can't Connect to Any Partner/IDs on Windows Application

Hello I have new installation of teamviewer 9. 

There is completely disable/inactive box for partners ID (I cannot write to them...it is "grey") - A) pict.

When I connect to my accout, where are stored partners, I cannot connect to them by doubleclick. When I use right click on the partner, there is not choise "connect with password" - B) pict.

Do you have a solution?
