Can't Connect to Partner Computer

I have TeamViewer 11 and I work on an iMac. My partner computer is a PC. I can usually login and connect to my partner computer but now it won't fully connect. I get the green circle with "Ready to connect (secure connection)" message on the lower left side. I click the blue "Connect to Partner" button and make sure my partner ID is correct. Once I click the connect button the message on the lower left changes to a yellow dot with "Connecting..." however, it never actually connects. It stays at "Connecting..." for a long time (at least a minute). I do not get an error message it just reverts back to "Ready to Connect" message. It says my partner computer is online. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it still doesn't work. Please help! Thank you!
