TeamViewer Recording can't be opened with TV11

I have the following Problem:

I try to open a foreign .tvs-File with TeamViewer11 and get the following Log-Message:

2018/01/09 15:20:56.594  8952  1844 G1   ExternalStartParamHandler::HandleCopyData; CDT_CONNECT_PARAM
2018/01/09 15:20:56.610  8952  1844 G1!! SSessionFileMetadata::TryDeserialize: Couldn't decode base64-input

Does anyone has an Idea, which could be the issue ?
