no action when clicking to connect

Hi everyone,

I don't know what's happening :-(

I don't use teamviewer often, just when my parents or parents-in-law (who are old) need my help to do smthg on their PC

Today i wanted to connect to my parents-in-law's pc, but when i click on the ame of the pb in the mgmt console (on teamviewer website), nothing happens at all...

there's a hourglass during 1 sec and then nothing else

I precise that I see their PC is ON on the mgmt console, but i'm not sure of Teamviewer version installed on their PC

I won't be able to go & check easily as they live far from me

what can I do please ?
