Revert back to TeamViewer 12 from TeamViewer 13.

Hello all,

I am using a Business license and was granted the opportunity to test TeamViewer 13 in the public Beta.

As of now, TeamViewer 13 has been released as a final version and is prompting me to upgrade my account to a TeamViewer 13 license, which I am not responsible to authorize in the company I work for. 

We are happy to use TeamViewer 12 until it is required for us to upgrade, however, I am having trouble locating an installer for that specific version.

I've tried the following to revert my Teamviewer 13 back to TeamViewer 12;

  • I've tried re-installing TeamViewer to see if there was an option to select TeamViewer 12, however, this is not the case.
  • I've tried logging into the TeamViewer management portal in hopes to find an installer specifically for TeamViewer 12, but I am met with the same result.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
