Yesterday I get new email from TV Server:

Dzień dobry,

Aby przyjąć XXXXX do kontaktów, kliknij poniższy odnośnik.

Google translation:

Good morning,

XXXXX wants to add you to their list of contacts in TeamViewer.

To accept the XXXXX to your contacts, click the link below.

Question 1:
What this mean ?

Question 2:
Who is it ? How I can check them ? How I can talk to him ? (of course before my accept to this request)

Question 3:
Whats happend If I add them ?

Question 4:
Is there any security issues when I accept this request ? So what will be the consequences of accepting such a request?

Regards,
mLipok

EDIT:
I know that some of the questions are very simple and mundane, I also know that each of them are interrelated, but asking a lot of questions in various forms, clearly outlined the crux of the matter.
To the TV STAFF/MOD TEAM: Please answer all the questons.

    Question 1:
    What this mean ?

-> Someone added your TeamViewer account as a contact into his Computers and Contacts list.

    Question 2:
Who is it ? How I can check them ? How I can talk to him ? (of course before my accept to this request)

-> For data protection reasons, a TeamViewer invitation only shows the display name every user is free to choose during the account creation process.

    Question 3:
Whats happend If I add them ?

-> You will then be able to chat with this person.

    Question 4:
Is there any security issues when I accept this request ? So what will be the consequences of accepting such a request?

-> There is no security issue in that case.

We however recommend you to accept only people you are familiar with.

If you accepted an invitation, and changed your mind, you can always delete a contact from your list.

    Best,

    Romain.
