AD connector tool - This e-mail address is already in use

After running the AD connector tool, I get this:

@{error=internal_error; error_description=This e-mail address is already in use; error_code=3}

But the user does not exist!

    Thank you for your post. 

    If this message occurs, the user already set up a TeamViewer account by him/herself. 
    Maybe you ask the concerned user if he or she may sign in via the joincompany link:
    login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany

    This happens when you want to remove a user and add them again. If the user is removed via AD, this user will only be deactivated. As TV Manager you cannot remove this user. However, you can remove it if it is still active. If you do so, the next time you perform an AD adjustment, this error will occur.
