We are unable to login after updating TeamViewer to the latest version 13, from 12, on our Windows Server 2012 R2 terminal server.

Hi Julia,
The error message is 'An error occured while logging into your account. Please try again.'
Any ideas on a timeframe when this will be resolved?

Hi,
We published a new InsiderBuild today with a fix for that problem. You can activate our InsiderBuild in TeamViewer under "extras-options-advanced".
Please keep in mind that InsiderBuilds are demo versions and that there can be other bugs. We do not recommend to roll it out on every computer in your corporate environment.
