Have Business License but getting locked out for commercial use

I have a Business license which is valid until 24/05/2019 however today when connecting to one of the computers on my client list, I received a message to say that commerical use was suspected and my connection was being blocked. I closed down the message and was able to see the remote connection but it terminated after 2 minutes and I was then blocked from re-establishing contact for 10mins. 

I have confirmed that I am logged in correctly and my profile is showing Activated license Busness Expires: 24/05/2019.
