I have no problem at home from laptop but when I get to work I cannot logon to my machines

I have all my rigs setup and working at home from my macbook pro and each other but when I get to work I cannot wake up any of my rigs, I did it when I first setup but now I can't figure out why it won't work It's probably staring me right in the face but some help would be nice!
