TV 13.0.5640 Full Screen doesn't work properly (Win Vi/7/10 at least)

Full screen mode doesn't work properly on any of my computer. When I enter to full screen mode the TV cover just desktop not the screen so task bar is visible and it decrease size of TV canvas. It looks like using incorrect Windows API calls.

The bug was corrected in version 13.0.6447.
