Taking advantage of service queue

Hello, i'm working in an IT department and are about to setup Teamviewer Quick Support to easily manage our costumers by remote connections. When i'm testing by downloading our customized link on my Huawei phone (Android) the service case doesen't land in the service queue but instead i only get an ID on my phone, is it possible to make the customers that downloads the application on their phone to land in our service queue?
