Teamviewer VPN service does not start on startup

Hello Community

This is my first post. I require the VPN to run allways on background as I preconfigured before. This is to enable permanent remote connection to my SQL Server from anywhere in the world. 

Is it there any way to force a unique IP for my server and also to make it permanent my connection as soon I start up my pc?
