can no connect to teamviewer server

For some days my teamviewer 13 can not conncet to teamviewer server. my network connection is working with other programs.

Tried to install TV version 12 and the probelm is the same

I can login on teamviewer website and from mobile device.

tried to disable firewall and virus protection, but still no connection

I am using Win 10

    Hi @toly,

    try to oper your last TeamViewer log file: -> Extras -> Open log files. 

    Inside you will find several lines. Try searching for those that contain the word teamviewer.com. We are looking for something similar to masterxx.teamviewer.com. XX is a number and corresponds to the server closest to your connectivity provider.
    Open a command console (from Windows -> start -> cmd) and try to ping the address revealed by the log.

    Are you able to contact the address?

    Yes i can ping the server

    Pinging master9.teamviewer.com [185.188.32.3] with 32 bytes of data:
