    Hi @gauravdhra

Is it copy-paste or drag-and-drop that is not working?

Drag and drop unfortunately does not work between Windows and OSX, but a standard copy-paste should work if you have clipboard synchronization turned on.

Otherwise, you of course also have file transfer.

    I hope this helps,

  • Hi!! Scotty Thanks for reply  .

I don't want to copy from my windows .
I want to copy from Mac os and paste it into mac itself ,so we dont need clipboard here for sure .
I think because Mac has the cmnd key instead the ctrl key like windows ,That is why it is not copying or pasting .

    Hi @gauravdhra

The clipboard is definitely used in this case.
When you copy, it goes into the clipboard. TeamViewer then copies that to the Clipboard of the windows machine so that when you paste, it is pasted on the windows device.

However, if you are using Keyboard shortcuts, the windows key is what you need. Think using a windows Keyboard on a Mac.

So it is Windows Key + C for copy.

And how to paste with a keyboard on a local Windows machine and remote Mac machine? Pressing Win+V invokes Windows's clipboard manager.
