Can't Get Wake-On-Lan To Work

Hello:

I have downloaded the TeamViewer Manual on this subject and attempted to follow it to the letter, but for the life of me I cannot get it working. My first problem is I'm not trying to use a phone to connect to a second computer which must then turn on a third computer. I am simply trying to turn on and control my new build Windows 10 desktop (call it D) from my Windows 10 Tablet (call it T). Both are connected to my network, D by ethernet cable to my router, T by Wi-Fi to the router through a Wi-Fi extender. This seems like it should be simple, but I've had no luck.

One problem may be that I am using Version 14 and the instructions seem to be for earlier versions because the screens suggested in instructions and screen shots are different. Can anyone point me to a tutorial that describes Computer T turning on & off and controling Computer D in version 14? Or is that setup too simple to work?
