Cannot connect to TV9 through Server id !

Hi , 

I am using the TV14 and try to connect to TV9 through the SERVER id , but it's not work. the TV9 has licensed and installed in the Window Server 2018 ! At the same time , I try to connect the Server through the User id , it's work ! why ???

    Hi , 

    As i mentioned , My Server has installed TV9 and has Business Licensed. I can connected the Server through User id but can't connect the Server through Server id in TV14 . At the other hand, it can connect the Server both at User id and Server id in both using TV9. why ?
