So as the title suggests, we've configured TeamViewer Host so that it can only be connected to over LAN. And this works fine when connecting to from another computer, but we need to be able to connect to the TeamViewer Host from iPad, which is connected over WiFi and WiFi is on a VLAN. What would be the procedure to get this to work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Right. Managed to get further with it. Added ports 5938 & 443 to the firewall and iPad is now connecting but the Host computer isn't prompting to accept connection. Any ideas please?
Well, answered this one as well. iPad app needed updating to the latest version. Host is now being prompted for screen share.
Hopefully the last issue is that when connected display on the iPad is just a black screen. Any ideas on this please?
