Connection to Mac fails...

This problem has existed since TV6....we are now on TV14 and it's still not fixed.

Any plans to actually fix this?  Or we should all just assume TV is not suitable for connecting to Macs?

    Hello @afeudale

    Thank you for your message.

    This can happen if you connect to a Mac into a user session A. Then, you log out of user A and log into user B.

    Teamviewer only supports multiple user mode in a server environment.

    I'm having the same problem after using TV for years.  It just started 3 days ago.  I only have 1 computer that remotes, so there are never multiple user sessions.  Is there any other solution?
