Customized QuickSupport working only from Management Console
Today I had to do remote work on a customer's PC and I had him download our customized QuickSupport module. We tried to connect to his session but we always got an exception (translated from Italian): "it was not possible to contact the remote host at the indicated network address".
I then tried to connect from management console (after assigning the host to me) and the connection was successful. The connection was successful as well if using not customized Quick Support module. Can you please advise?
