License renewal

Hello,


We renewed our license today but we are still on the Free version. How can we proceed to 'activate' the renew license ?

Thank you for your post.

Usually the license renewal will not affect your usage as your license activation has been completely beforehand. Can you kindly try to login the licensed account on TeamViewer and check your license type on Help -> About TeamViewer on TeamViewer client please.

  • If your license shows Business, your are fine to use TeamViewer. Just remember to sign in your licensed account before starting the session.
  • If your license shows Free, please make sure you use the licensed account to sign in; or activate the license by follwoing the steps from How to activate your license.
