No Audio / Mic control on remote MAC

Good day

After being forcefully requested to upgrade to the latest version of Teamviewer, I am having a problem that I am unable to see the Audio controls on the remote mac. It is greyed out not allowing me to set the Mic / Audio levels or disable remote mac audio. Anybody having similar problems? I now see I have a similar problem with the video controls on the remote iMAC
